MIAMI – A Miramar person is going through felony fees following getting accused of molesting little ones on individual instances. A person of the children informed law enforcement he experienced also “committed a sex act on a bird.”
Law enforcement explained that a few juvenile victims instructed their older brother and father that Angel Nazario, 26, sexually assaulted them back in 2016 and 2017 at Nazario’s property whilst his mom babysat them after college.
The arrest report claimed Nazario would expose himself and have the little ones touch him.
Law enforcement claimed a fourth juvenile victim came forward through the investigation and manufactured related accusations towards Nazario.
One of the victims advised police that Nazario also committed a sexual act on a bird.
The arrest report also mentioned that Nazario gave a person of the small children video game titles in return.
Law enforcement reported all incidents transpired at Nazario’s household. “On some occasions, victims had been inside of of Nazario’s closet as the acts transpired with the other victims,” authorities stated.
Nazario surrendered to authorities on Thursday, September 1 to Miami Gardens police.
Law enforcement claimed that, “Owing to defs (Nazario’s) disability, his lawful counsel invoked his constitutional rights. Consequently, no assertion was received.”
Nazario is at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Centre.
