MIAMI – A Broward judge ruled Friday that 15-year-old Terry Berger Smith will be charged as an adult.
Police say he was 14 years old when he raped a woman in Hollywood, back in June.
Since then, another woman has come forward claiming someone that fits Smith’s description tried to rape her back in May.
