Tennis star Tommy Paul sold his Boca Raton home just three months after listing it, right in time for the Madrid Open to kick off.
Listing sites confirm Paul sold the house at 828 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Boca Raton for $2.8 million. The deed has not yet appeared in public records and the buyer is unknown.
Alex Rybakov and Jonathan Mark Phillips with Keller Williams Realty Services had the listing, and Ryan Fulton with the Corcoran Group brought the buyer.
Paul is one of the top tennis players in the world. He is the No. 3 ranked in America and No. 18 ranked globally player for men’s singles tennis. He is engaged to influencer Paige Lorenze, the founder of the clothing brand Dairy Boy. The couple got engaged last summer and bought a 5-acre estate in Fairfield County, Connecticut for $4.7 million, according to Patch.
Paul bought his Boca Raton home for $2.5 million in 2023, property records show. The 3,000-square-foot home includes five bedrooms, five bathrooms, one half-bathroom and a pool. It was built in 2023 on 0.2 acres, according to property records.
The tennis pro listed the home for $2.8 million in January, according to Zillow.
Palm Beach County’s luxury real estate market is a magnet for athletes and celebrities.
Paul’s Boca home is a short drive from the gated Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, where Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, also known as Taylor Swift’s fiancé, rented a mansion during off-season training last year. Also last year, former pro boxer Mike Tyson bought a lakefront spec mansion in Delray Beach for $13 million. In October, actor Mark Wahlberg dropped $32.6 million on a spec mansion in the gated Stone Creek Ranch neighborhood near Delray Beach.
