Tamika Brown, 43, has been arrested and charged with stealing SNAP benefits from nearly 200 victims in Pembroke Pines. Investigators say Brown used stolen EBT card numbers and PINs to make fraudulent purchases, costing victims a total of $300,000. She faces charges including criminal use of personal ID and trafficking counterfeit credit cards.
