CBS Miami, Miami Marlins renew partnership to air 10 games in 2026 season

CBS Miami and the Miami Marlins are renewing their broadcast partnership for the 2026 season, bringing 10 regular-season games free, over-the-air to fans across South Florida.

The agreement, announced this Wednesday, will feature three games airing in primetime on CBS Miami (WFOR), with the remaining seven games broadcast on its sister station CW33 (WBFS), expanding access to Marlins baseball without a subscription.

“We’re thrilled to build on the momentum of our partnership with the Miami Marlins and bring more games to fans in 2026,” said Kim Voet, president and general manager of CBS Miami. “Free, local broadcasts made a strong impact last season, and we’re excited to deliver Marlins baseball in prime time on CBS Miami and CW33.”

The renewed deal follows a successful 2025 collaboration that delivered strong viewership, increased engagement and broader reach for the team’s games. Station leaders say the expanded schedule reflects growing interest in a Marlins roster fueled by emerging young talent that has energized fans across the region.

Under the 2026 schedule, select marquee matchups, including multiple division games, will air locally throughout the season, giving fans more opportunities to watch the team without cable or streaming services.
