🏆 Residential: Palm Beach also had the top residential transaction, with the sale of a waterfront mansion at 870 South Ocean Boulevard for $37.1 million. The seller was telecommunications mogul Kevin Douglas and his wife, Michelle, who purchased the 6,100-square-foot home for $28.5 million in 2021. Built in 1987, the property has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half bathrooms and two pools. It went on the market with Christian Angle with Christian Angle Real Estate in November, with an asking price of $43.9 million. Angle also represented the buyer, an LLC.
📊 Residential: William and Sinesia Karol — he is the CEO of Koda Enterprises Group, and she is a luxury swimwear designer — parted with a condo at 501 West Avenue in Miami Beach for just under $13 million, or about $1,900 per square foot. The buyer was Recoltant LLC. The nearly 6,800-square-foot pad has four bedrooms and two parking spaces. It also has a wraparound balcony. It went on the market in March 2025 for $15 million.
