Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis was in Miami Beach on Friday morning to deliver remarks at the 2026 U.S.-Caribbean Maritime and Ports Forum.
According to the Atlantic Council, the forum is focusing on the strategic role that ports play in trade, energy security, tourism and public safety throughout the Caribbean.
The event was being held at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach on Collins Avenue.
