Record cold hits South Florida: Wind chills drop into 20s, freeze warnings issued

South Florida shivers as record-breaking cold temperatures and biting wind chills grip the region. With Miami dropping to 35°F—breaking a decades-old record—and wind chills in the 20s across Broward and Miami-Dade, freeze warnings are in effect for many areas.
