North Miami Beach police are investigating a shooting near NE 157th St and NE 13th Ave that left one man dead and another hospitalized. Separately, a serious car crash at NE 163rd St and NW 29th Ave sent five people to the hospital and closed westbound lanes as authorities respond to two major incidents overnight.
