At least two people were killed and several others are missing after an explosion at the Silver Lake Nursing Home in Pennsylvania. Officials say rescuers pulled residents from windows and stairwells as parts of the building collapsed into the basement. The blast, believed to be caused by a gas leak, happened just before Christmas Eve and was followed by a massive fire about 40 minutes later.
