Miami Gardens police said that a party was taking place inside the home when three masked men entered and opened fire.

“That’s the part that’s scary,” one neighbor who didn’t want to be identified said. “Three masked men? Really? Nothing happens over here. I’ve been here since 1973.”

CBS News Miami spoke with the owner of home who said the home was booked on Booking.com. CBS News Miami reached out to Booking.com, and the company said they were looking into the incident.

“I am appalled,” resident Tangela Griffin said. “These parties have been going on at least the last six months. Every week. Cars overflowing everywhere. People spilling all out into the street. I knew it was just a matter of time.”

The men then fled the scene after the shooting, and police are continuing to search for them.

No other information was available.
