Meghan Trainor is all about focusing on herself.
The “All About That Bass” singer clapped back on recent criticism about her appearance after unveiling her 60-pound weight loss transformation and undergoing a breast augmentation.
And while the 31-year-old — who shares sons Riley, 4, and Barry, 2, with husband Daryl Sabara — acknowledged that the negative comments are “getting louder,” she insisted she still “never felt better.”
“I’m literally for the first time ever, after having babies, taking care of my health to the highest level and I’ve never felt better and I look incredible. I feel great,” she told Entertainment Tonight in an interview published Nov. 12. “And that’s when people attack me.”
The Grammy winner explained that prioritizing her health is worth it despite the negativity.
“I’m taking care of myself,” she emphasized. “I have to find a way to not be affected by that.”

Meghan Trainor and Chris Olsen are putting their friendship to the test.
Regardless of any outside opinions, the “Mother” singer has always been transparent. In March, Trainor got candid about the steps she’s taken to achieve her new look, which included taking the Type 2 diabetes medication Mounjaro as a weight loss drug.
“I’ve been on a journey to be the healthiest, strongest version of myself for my kids and for me,” she wrote on Instagram at the time. “I’ve worked with a dietician, made huge lifestyle changes, started exercising with a trainer, and yes, I used science and support (shoutout to Mounjaro!) to help me after my 2nd pregnancy.”
“And I’m so glad I did,” she added, “because I feel great.”
But taking the GLP-1 medication isn’t the only way she’s switched up how she looks. Trainor has also been transparent about the cosmetic changes she’s made to her appearance. While she admitted to overdoing it on the Botox on her “Workin’ On It” podcast last year, she’s since shared that there’s one procedure she’s had for which she has no regrets.
“I got my dream boobs and they are gorgeous,” she told E! News in March. “I had two babies, I pumped everything out of me and then I lost a bunch of weight, and my boobs were like ‘we’re not boobs,’ you know?”
She emphasized her contentment with her choice, continuing, “I was like, ‘I’m going to get some new ones,’ and that was my dream.”
