Kim Kardashian is staying on top of her health.

After sharing that she was diagnosed with a small brain aneurysm during the premiere episode of “The Kardashians,” Kardashian offered a glimpse into how she feels currently.

“You’ll see in the next episode I did go and get a Prenuvo scan,” Kardashian said Oct. 28 on “Good Morning America,” “And I had to end up going and getting tons of other brain scans at Cedars-Sinai [Medical Center] with all the team.”

She added, “And so, just tune in next week, but everything works out.”

And while Kardashian didn’t go into further details about her scan results, she emphasized the importance of knowing the ins and outs about your health.

“It’s just a good measure to go make sure that you always check everything,” she said. “And health is wealth, and you have to be careful with everything that you do.”

As seen in the family’s Oct. 22 episode, Kardashian first told her sister Kourtney Kardashian about her health scare after coming from an examination.

“There’s like a little aneurysm,” Kardashian says in an extended trailer that aired during the Oct. 22 premiere, before the clip cut to a scene of her getting a scan in an MRI machine where the dilated blood vessel was detected. “They’re like ‘it’s just stress.’”

The revelation caused her older sister to audibly gasp and say, “Whoa.”

Giving a glimpse at her emotional state, in another scene, Kardashian cries as she asked, “Why is this happening to me?”

In addition, Kardashian — who shares kids North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 6, with Kanye West — shared another health issue stemming from the aftermath of her 2022 divorce from the rapper.

“I haven’t had psoriasis since I’ve gotten a divorce and it just started coming back,” the SKIMS founder said as she examined the red rashes on her legs. “Anytime I feel, like, things.”

Kim Kardashian and Katy Perry are the latest celebrities to speak out amid the ICE protests in Los Angeles.

Kardashian — who divorced the “Famous” rapper in 2022 after six years of marriage — explained that his claims that she was keeping their kids from seeing him brought added stress, as one of them became aware of his comments.

“I’ve been able to hide it for so long,” she admitted in a confessional. “I always felt like I had a little bit of Stockholm syndrome to where I always felt really bad and always protected and always wanted to help and this was the first time I didn’t feel like responsibility personally.”

For the “All’s Fair” star, protecting her peace was ultimately the choice she had to make to maintain her health.

“I can’t stress too much about that,” she explained. I have to worry about other things.”

In a trailer for Kanye West’s latest documentary, “In Whose Name,” the reality star can be heard crying as she says to her ex, “Your personality was not like this a few years ago.”
