Travis Kelce is officially along for the ride.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end shared that he is getting into the amusement park business as an investor in Six Flags, which — following the 2024 merger between Six Flags and Cedar Fair — owns and operates 42 properties in North America.
“To all my fellow theme park and amusement park lovers. I have some exciting news!!!” Kelce gushed on Instagram Oct. 21. “Couldn’t pass up the opportunity to continue the tradition and make Cedar Point and Six Flags even more special for the next generation of families!”
The 36-year-old added that he was “excited to partner with JANA Partners as an investor in Six Flags.”
“So crazy to even imagine this is real,” he wrote, “but you gotta love it when life comes full circle.”
Among the properties owned by Six Flags are Cedar Point and Kings Island — both in Kelce’s home state of Ohio — as well as Worlds of Fun located in Kansas City, Mo.

However, this is hardly the first time Kelce — who announced his engagement to Taylor Swift in August — has decided to branch out from football, as he’s also the founder of Kelce Jam, an annual music festival he hosts in Kansas City.
“I talk a lot about fighting for your right to party,” Kelce told The Hollywood Reporter ahead of the festival’s 2023 kickoff. “I’ve been saying that for a while now. I think this is the perfect time. I wanted to be able to give something to Kansas City because of how much they support us, and on top of that just throw a banger for the 2022 season.”
And while the festival took a short break in 2025, they’re “planning ahead for 2026” and gearing up for “an even bigger, better and more unforgettable experience next summer,” per their website.
But it’s not just about entertainment for Kelce, as the NFL star also got into the restaurant industry by opening up 1587 Prime alongside teammate Patrick Mahomes and dining group Noble 33.
“We’re excited to be a part of this journey with Noble 33,” Kelce shared in a 2024 statement, “to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience, and what better place to start than our very own Kansas City.”
And the now-open steakhouse has proven to be a very popular spot for Kelce and fiancée Swift, with the duo joining Mahomes to celebrate Kansas City’s Oct. 19 win against the Raiders at the hotspot.
