It’s not just a good morning — it’s a great day for T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach.

The former “GMA3: What You Need to Know” hosts are taking their romance to the next level and officially becoming Mr. and Mrs.

“We are sharing with all of you that we are engaged,” Robach said on the Oct. 14 episode of their Amy & T.J. podcast. “We’ve been engaged for just about a month now.”

And Holmes joked that they were announcing the news on their podcast so it could be on their terms — a privilege they weren’t afforded when their romance was first made public back in 2022, when they were photographed packing on the PDA during a New York outing.

“We wanted to let you all know before anybody else was able to,” he quipped. “We’ve learned that lesson, I guess, in the past about our relationship.”

However, that doesn’t mean the couple have been hiding.

“I was in three massive football stadiums three weekends in a row, wearing my engagement ring very proudly, very excitedly, and kept waiting for somebody to point it out or ask me, ‘Hey, what’s that?’” Robach shared. “And it never happened.”

And while the duo promised to share details about how Holmes popped the question, they said they were currently just “celebrating with family.”

A few months before their engagement, the pair sparked rumors they were headed down the aisle when Holmes described Robach as more than just his girlfriend.

“I’m T.J. Holmes — alongside my friend, my partner, my podcast co-host Amy Robach,” he began on the May 21 episode of their I Do Part 2 podcast, which the duo anchor alongside Jennie Garth and Jana Kramer. “My person, my partner, my spouse.”

Robach, 52, then suggested that Holmes, 47, should also add “love of my life” to her introduction, which Holmes quickly echoed, adding, “That you had to feed me that line is a little disturbing.”

The couple had also turned heads in March, when Robach wore a diamond ring on her left hand during a date night at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards.

Amy Robach is looking back on 2023 and revealing what she’s really not missing going into 2024. While chatting with her boyfriend and former co-host T.J. Holmes on a new episode of their hit podcast “Amy & T.J.,” she opened up about what she has learned this past year following the fallout from their public relationship.

Indeed, their engagement is just the latest major milestone in their headline-making romance. After the couple’s workplace romance was publicized in 2022, leading to their subsequent departure from ABC News in early 2023, Robach and Holmes finalized their divorces with their respective spouses, “Melrose Place” alum Andrew Shue and Marilee Fiebig, respectively, whom they both said they’d been separated from when their love story began.

More than one relationship came out of the splits, as several months after Holmes and Robach’s relationship was revealed, Shue and Fiebig — who shares daughter Sabine, 11, with Holmes — began dating as well, making their red carpet debut in December 2024.

As for Holmes and Robach, in the years since their longtime friendship turned romantic, they’ve been open about where they see their future heading.

“We haven’t figured the marriage thing out yet,” Robach told listeners on an April 2024 episode of their Amy and T.J. podcast. “We haven’t decided whether or not we are going to officially get married.”

Robach continued that many couples have happy relationships while never marrying.

“They wake up and choose to be together,” Robach said, specifically citing Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell’s 40-year relationship. “There’s no legal binding document that says they have to be together.”

Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes have returned to social media.

And though their relationship may have taken awhile to become public, the podcast co-hosts did not keep how they feel about each other a secret once news of their romance was out in the world.

“Mentally, emotionally, we’ve absolutely agreed to commit to each other,” Robach — mom to Ava, 22 and Annalise, 17, with first husband Tim McIntosh — shared on their podcast, telling Holmes, “I have said this to you, and I believe you’ve said it to me as well, that I want to be with you for the rest of my life.”
