Stephen Baldwin is beyond proud that his daughter is on the rhode to success.
Nearly four months after Hailey Bieber’s beauty brand Rhode Skin sold to e.l.f. Beauty for $1 billion, her dad praised her for achieving “all different levels of experience and success.”
“Look at my daughter. I never talk about her, but my daughter has done the impossible, relatively,” the “Usual Suspects” actor said on the Sept. 18 episode of Tori Spelling’s MisSPELLING podcast. “But in this day and age, in the last 10 years, it’s not impossible. It’s happened.”
Stephen — who shares Hailey and daughter Alaia Aronow, 32, with wife Kennya Baldwin — added, “These kinds of successes are happening.”
The 59-year-old also alluded to being proud that Hailey — who is mom to son Jack Blues Bieber, 13 months, with husband Justin Bieber — is working in the beauty industry instead of following a different path.
“And young people are making unbelievable amounts of money on the Internet in ways that are very sketchy,” he continued. “So, God bless her.”
In June, Stephen detailed what he believes to be a special about Hailey’s career trajectory.

“She’s super smart, smart in business,” he said on The Adam Carolla Show. “Succeeded as a model prior to everything she’s doing now. But the cool part was she actually had an offer to do something pretty big and cool in the cosmetics a couple years ago and didn’t.”
Plus, Stephen noted that his youngest wanted her company to have products that “wouldn’t just be B.S.” to simply “put her name on it.”
“The reason it’s succeeding is people are responding to it,” he explained. “It actually works as hydration and all of that.”
But regardless of his children’s enormous achievements, Stephen knows they’ll always be his girls.
“The sweet part of my kids, too, is, in the wake of whatever their success is, their dad remains the same,” he gushed. “I’ve always been the same way. You know you’re going to tell your daughter the truth.”
And he is always there for them.
“I let my kids do what they’re doing,” Stephen shared. “And if they want to throw a boomerang at me, I’ll call them back.”
