Palm Beach County’s weekly condo sales and dollar volume held steady last week.
Brokers closed 64 condo sales totaling $31.4 million from Aug. 11 to Aug. 17. The previous week, brokers closed 66 condo sales totaling $31.4 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $491,305, higher than the $413,454 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $328 from $278, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $717,500 to $2.8 million.
Unit 1708 at Toscana South, at 3740 South Ocean Boulevard in Highland Beach, took the top spot with a $2.8 million closing, or $985 per square foot.
Judith Randon with Judith Randon Realty, and Nancy Ghen with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing. Jonathan Lewis with Elite Realty of South Florida brought the buyer.
Unit 3102 at Havn Residences & Yacht Club, at 184 Lake Drive in Palm Beach Shores, closed for the second highest amount, $2.5 million, or $939 per square foot.
Thomas Murray and Alyssa Ward with Compass had the listing, and Jade Mather with Coldwell Banker Realty brought the buyer.
