The Jonas Brothers are celebrating their hometown roots.
Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday to promote their new album, “Greetings From Your Hometown” which released Friday.
The New Jersey natives also talked touring after two decades together, with the first night of their anniversary tour, “Jonas20: Greetings From Your Hometown” kicking off Sunday at MetLife Stadium.
“It’s a combination of the music that inspired us growing up,” Joe said of the pop-rock album. The brothers teased a show setlist that will incorporate songs from the band’s numerous albums as well as their respective solo careers, with some special guests joining along the tour.
Nick also shared a new nickname for the band that his daughter with wife Priyanka Chopra coined — the “Donut Brothers.”
While he explained that the name came about because the three-year-old can’t say the “J” sound very well yet, he joked that the band might make a “whole merch line” inspired by the cute mispronunciation.
Nick Jonas has his older brother, Joe Jonas, to thank for his epic Mother’s Day surprise for Priyanka Chopra. “I have a brother whose got all the coolest experiences and Instagram accounts to follow and messages to get those experiences to happen. So, Joe basically was like, ‘This thing is amazing you should do it’ and so we did it and it was great,” Nick told Access Hollywood at the Drama League Awards before revealing what makes Priyanka a great mom to their daughter Malti Marie.
Fans can look forward to seeing a whole lot more of the Jonas Brothers in their next musical era.
“Jonas20: Greetings From Your Hometown” is set to run for 54 shows, with the tour concluding at Connecticut’s Mohegan Sun on Friday, Nov. 14.
