Paul Wesley and Natalie Kuckenburg’s romance was love at first bite sight.
The “Vampire Diaries” star and his girlfriend of nearly three years shared that they are taking the next step in their relationship after Wesley got down on knee during a romantic trip to Italy.
Just days before he popped the question, the “Star Trek: Strange New Worlds” actor also shared a few snaps from their European adventures.
“A beautiful time in Tuscany,” the 42-year-old captioned several photos from their travels, including one in which Kuckenburg, 25, could be seen relaxing on a lounge chair, after which she commented, “The best time!!”

The couple’s new chapter comes nearly three years after Wesley—who was previously married to Torrey DeVitto from 2011 to 2013 as well as Ines De Ramon from 2019 to 2022—first sparked romance rumors with the model during a PDA-packed trip to Nerano, Italy.
And since then, the two have shared an occasional glimpse into their sweet romance.
“My best friend,” Kuckenburg wrote in a Valentine’s Day tribute to Wesley earlier this year. “My soulmate. My everything. Every day is Valentine’s Day with you.”
“Love you,” she added. “Thank you for making me that happiest girl in the world.”
As for what has kept their relationship so strong? Well, they never fail to make each other laugh.
“There’s two people that are the funniest people in my life—Number one, my dog, and number two, frankly, my girlfriend,” Wesley gushed to People last March. “I think the reason we get along so well is because all we do is laugh, and I think it’s probably one of the most important things in a relationship.”
