Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 120 condo sales totaling $35.2 million from June 14 to June 22. The previous week, brokers closed 99 condo sales totaling $30.3 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $293,057, lower than the $306,049 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $252 from $254, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $615,000 to $1.7 million.
Unit 2201 at L’Hermitage, at 3100 North Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, took the top spot with a $1.7 million closing. The sale closed at $733 per square foot after 78 days on market.
Patricia Post with Post & Post represented both the buyer and the seller.
Unit 603 at Harborage Place, at 3055 Harbor Drive in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $1.6 million, or $475 per square foot after 188 days on market.
