Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume dropped in the second week of June.
Brokers closed 99 condo sales totaling $30.3 million from June 6 to June 14. The previous week, brokers closed 105 condo sales totaling $35.3 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $306,049, lower than the $335,816 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $254 from $290, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $470,000 to $2.5 million.
Unit 1705 at Sabbia Beach, at 730 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach, took the top spot with a $2.5 million closing. The sale closed at $1,348 per square foot after 268 days on the market.
Jeanette Cardoso with Cardoso International Realty had the listing, and Allison Kaufman with Century 21 represented the buyer.
SPH2603 at L’Hermitage, located at 3200 North Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $2 million, or $951 per square foot, after 38 days on the market.
Patricia Post with Post & Post had the listing, and Marc Plotkin with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer.
