Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume dipped in the first week of June.
Brokers closed 123 condo sales totaling $115.1 million from May 30 to June 7. The previous week, brokers closed 129 condo sales totaling $151.4 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $935,700, lower than the $1,173,360 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $581 from $657, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2.7 million to $12 million.
Unit 7852 at Fisher Island’s Oceanside building, at 7852 Fisher Island Drive in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $12 million closing. The sale closed at $2,614 per square foot after 141 days on market.
Jill Eber with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing, and Alexa Iacovelli with Luxe Living Realty brought the buyer.
Unit 409 at Trump Royale, at 18201 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $5.6 million, or $1,814 per square foot after 193 days on market.
