Grovenor House closing tops Miami-Dade weekly condo sales

Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell last week.

Brokers closed 109 condo sales totaling $106 million from April 20 to April 27. The previous week, brokers closed 141 condo sales totaling $136.5 million.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $972,843, higher than the $968,147 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $589 from $615, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.9 million to $11.3 million.

Unit 3001 at Grovenor House, at 2627 South Bayshore Drive in Miami’s Coconut Grove, took the top spot with a $11.3 million closing. The sale closed at $1,626 per square foot after 244 days on market.

Liz Hogan with Compass had the listing, and Debra Flam Velez with Coldwell Banker Realty brought the buyer.

Unit 902S at Oceana Key Biscayne, at 360 Ocean Drive in Key Biscayne, closed for the second highest amount, $8 million, or $2,385 per square foot after 82 days on market.

Elena Chacon with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty had the listing, and Carolina Trovo with Blue One Realty represented the buyer.
