Miami-Dade County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 141 condo sales totaling $136.5 million from April 13 to April 20. The previous week, brokers closed 116 condo sales totaling $123.2 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $968,147, lower than the $1,062,048 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $615 from $636, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $3.2 million to $10 million.
Unit 2402 at Continuum, at 50 South Pointe Drive in Miami Beach, took the top spot with a $10 million closing. The sale closed at $3,482 per square foot after 267 days on market.

Unit 401N at Oceana Key Biscayne, at 350 Ocean Drive in Key Biscayne, closed for the second highest amount, $8.9 million, or $2,350 per square foot after 102 days on market.
