Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume fell last week.
Brokers closed 138 condo sales totaling $42.9 million from April 6 to April 13. The previous week, brokers closed 201 condo sales totaling $74.1 million.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $311,070, lower than the $368,669 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $271 from $303, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $670,000 to $2.5 million.
Unit 506 at Trafalgar Towers, at 1400 South Ocean Drive in Hollywood, took the top spot with a $2.5 million closing. The sale closed at $1,996 per square foot after 108 days on market.
Kamie Manzi with e-Wing Realty had the listing, and Micheline Nohra with Options Realty Team brought the buyer.
Unit 301 at Palms on Venice, at 161 Isle Of Venice Drive in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $1.7 million, or $804 per square foot after 84 days on market.
Matthew Bertanzetti with Florida Luxurious Properties had the listing, and Kelly Charles with the Agency represented the buyer.
