MIAMI — The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating after a naked body was found on the side of Interstate 95 in Miami-Dade county.
Video from the scene shows the graphic body lying in grass by the north bound lanes near Ives Dairy Road.
The ramp from Northeast 203 Street and Ives Dairy is closed.
