An investigation is underway in Pembroke Pines after a man was shot multiple times after an argument with a neighbor, police say.
According to the Pembroke Pines Police Department, officers rushed to a parking lot located at 7901 Johnson Street just before 1 a.m. after receiving word of a shooting that took place.
Police said that when officers arrived at the scene, they found a man with a gunshot wound to his chest and shoulder. He was rush to a local hospital in stable but critical condition.
At the same time, police said they located the suspected shooter, who was identified as Ariel Oden De Los Santos, 35, and took him into custody.
Police said that the preliminary investigation showed that the two men became involved in a physical altercation, and at some point, the suspect fired several times, hitting the victim several times.
According to police, it appeared as though the shooting was an isolated neighbor dispute, and there was no threat to the public.
