Federal agents in Portland shot and injured a husband and wife during an operation involving Customs and Border Protection, according to police. The couple, who are from Venezuela, was taken to the hospital, and their conditions have not been released. Homeland Security officials say the driver “weaponized” a vehicle and tried to run over agents as they attempted to make an arrest.
