Sharon Osbourne is sharing insight into Ozzy Osbourne’s last moments.
The “America’s Got Talent” alum offered new details about the final hours spent with the late Black Sabbath frontman — whom she wed in 1982 — before he passed away in July at age 76.
“He was up and down to the bathroom all night, and it was 4:30 a.m., and he said, ‘Wake up,’” she said tearfully during the Dec. 10 episode of “Piers Morgan Uncensored.” “I said, ‘I’m already bloody awake, you’ve woken me up.’”
“He said, ‘Kiss me,’” she continued. “And then he said, ‘Hug me tight.’”
Looking back on the late-night encounter, the 73-year-old admitted she wished she had embraced the sweet moment.
“If only I’d have told him I loved him more,” she continued. “If only I’d have held him tighter.”
The following day proved to be Osbourne’s last, as he suffered a heart attack shortly after a brief workout.
Ozzy Osbourne’s family is laying the legend to rest. On July 30, the late rocker’s wife Sharon, daughters Kelly and Aimee, and sons Jack and Louis comforted each other as they walked alongside his flower-covered coffin in Birmingham, England.

“I ran downstairs, and there he was,” she recalled. “They were trying to resuscitate him, and I’m like, ‘Don’t — just leave him. Leave him. You can’t. He’s gone.”
Sharon — who shares kids Aimee, 42, Kelly, 41, and Jack, 40, with Ozzy — also discussed the days leading up to his death, noting that he was “seeing people that he never knew” in his dreams.
“I said, ‘Well, what kind of people?’” she explained. “He goes, ‘All different people. And I just keep walking and walking, and I’m seeing all these different people every night, and I go back there and I’m looking at these people, and they’re looking at me, and nobody’s talking.’”
“He knew,” she added. “He was ready.”
While the family continues to grieve the loss of their patriarch, they’ve received at least one silver lining. Earlier this week, Jack announced that he and his wife Aree Gearhart are expecting their second baby together — his fifth overall — and that he was able to share the happy news with his dad.
“It’s been partly a healthy distraction, partly healing,” Jack told The Sun on Sunday in an interview published Dec. 7. “It’s very much taken energy out of the grieving side of things and parked in a bit more hopefulness.”
