House in Boca Raton’s most expensive neighborhood leads Palm Beach County contracts

A newly constructed house in Boca Raton’s most expensive residential neighborhood topped signed contracts for luxury homes in Palm Beach County.

Buyers signed 10 contracts between Nov. 3 and Nov. 9 for luxury properties in Palm Beach County, according to a report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund-Gomes team. The homes that went pending last week total $67.7 million in asking dollar volume and averaged 84 days on the market.

The previous week, buyers signed 14 contracts totaling $85.1 million in asking dollar volume.

The report tracks signed contracts for single-family homes and condos asking $3 million or more in the Beaches MLS. It identified 62 new listings, and a total of 1,166 active listings on the market.

Of the properties that went pending last week, nine were single-family homes and one was a condo. The condo’s asking price was $3.4 million, or $852 per square foot. It spent 60 days on the market.

The average asking price for the single-family homes was $7.2 million. They spent an average of 107 days on the market.

The most expensive home to find a buyer last week was the 6,700-square-foot house at 290 Sabal Palm Terrace in Boca Raton, asking $9 million. It is in the gated Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club community, the city’s most expensive neighborhood and where football star Travis Kelce rented a waterfront home this past summer.

Records show the sellers are Robert and Robyn Morgan, who bought the quarter-acre property for $3.5 million in 2022 and completed the home the following year. It has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, one half-bathroom and a pool, records and the listing show.

It hit the market for $10 million in April, and the price was dropped twice to the asking price of $9 million, Zillow shows. David Roberts with Royal Palm Properties, the top ranked agent in The Real Deal’s 2025 Palm Beach County broker ranking, has the listing.
