A 7‑year‑old boy was hospitalized after being bitten by a neighbor’s dog in Fort Lauderdale Tuesday afternoon. Neighbors say they heard the child screaming before he ran to a nearby home for help. Paramedics quickly arrived to treat his injuries, which included bites to his arm. The attack happened around 3:45 p.m.
