Vera Wang believes this showgirl will have her loved ones seeing double.
As Taylor Swift continues to tease details about her future wedding to fiancé Travis Kelce, the bridal designer shared her prediction on what kind of wedding gown the “Actually Romantic” singer will wear down the aisle.
“I kind of had a feeling that was going to happen. I’m so happy for her,” Wang, 76, exclusively told E! News at The DKMS 19th Annual Gala on Oct. 14 about the couple’s engagement in August. “I don’t think there will be just one [dress]. That would be my guess.”
And while the stylist believes Swift, 35, will express her love through multiple fabrics, designer Christian Siriano sees the Midnights star making a statement in one pattern.
At the same event, the 39-year-old noted, “Taylor, I think, will be in lace of some sort.”

After all, the Grammy winner has incorporated the delicate, mesh material in many of her looks over the decade, including her notable date nights with Kelce. When she traveled to New Orleans to support the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 36, at the 2025 Super Bowl in February, the musician wore a lace-trimmed black dress, chunky heels and her signature red lip.
Then, three months earlier, Swift paired a lace corset top with a pleated skirt during the couple’s outing in New York City.
As for her pending bridal style, the “Life of a Showgirl” singer hasn’t revealed what fabric is on her mood board. However, Swift has already confirmed one detail about her and Kelce’s special day: She doesn’t want their guest list to be too small.
“I’m so excited about it,” she gushed during her Oct. 3 appearance on “The Graham Norton Show.” “I know it’s gonna be fun to plan because I think the only stressful weddings are the ones where you have a small amount and people are on the bubble.”
