Kim Kardashian is speaking up about her health diagnosis.

The 45-year-old beauty mogul makes a revelation about her health in the upcoming seventh season of “The Kardashians.”

“There’s like a little aneurysm,” Kardashian says in an extended preview season that aired during the Oct. 22 premiere, before the clip cut to a scene of her getting a scan in an MRI machine where the dilated blood vessel was detected. “They’re like ‘it’s just stress.’”

The revelation caused older sister, Kourtney Kardashian, to audibly gasp and say, “whoa.”

Hinting at her emotional state, in another scene, Kardashian cries as she asked, “Why is this happening to me?”

Kardashian contributed some of the stressors in her life to her divorce from Kanye West — which they settled in 2022 after six years of marriage — and shared how they have taken a toll on her body.

“I haven’t had psoriasis since I’ve gotten a divorce and it just started coming back,” the SKIMs founder said to a producer in the season premiere as she examined the red rashes on her legs. “Anytime I feel like things.”

“I was pretty tested I will say,” Kardashian — who shares kids North, 12, Saint, 9, Chicago 7, and Psalm, 6, with West — added. “Very tested I have psoriasis again. I felt it, I felt more stressed probably because I had to super, super protect what I had to protect. My kids are involved now.”

While the “All’s Fair” actress didn’t elaborate on exactly what she was going through with the “Famous” rapper, she shared how it is directly impacting their kids.

Kim Kardashian and Katy Perry are the latest celebrities to speak out amid the ICE protests in Los Angeles.

“This is the first time I think one of my kids knew what was happening,” she admitted in a confessional. “I’ve been able to hide it for so long. I always felt like I had a little bit of Stockholm syndrome to where I always felt really bad and always protected and always wanted to help and this was the first time I didn’t feel like responsibility personally.”

Kardashian also addressed the stress the speculation from her ex — who in April claimed she wouldn’t allow him to see their four children — has added to her life.

“It’s very confusing cause it will be all this talk on the internet that I’m keeping the kids,” she said. “He’s never once called an asked. And then I’ll wake up and it’s on Twitter that I’m keeping the kids. So, it’s just like when it’s not true and not rational I just have to like I can’t engage all the time.”

“It’s a divorce, not a kidnapping,” she added. “We haven’t left. We’re in the same spot. We have the same address so he’s knows where his kids are at.”

Ultimately, Kardashian had to find peace on her own after being unable do to so with her former husband.

“I’m not looking for it,” she explained to a producer. “I don’t care. Is it sad it’s so f—— sad. I can’t stress too much about that. I have to worry about other things.”

In a trailer for Kanye West’s latest documentary, “In Whose Name,” the reality star can be heard crying as she says to her ex, “Your personality was not like this a few years ago.”
