New York AG Letitia James indicted on fraud, false statement charges tied to Virginia home

New York Attorney General Letitia James has been indicted on two felony counts of fraud and lying to a financial institution over a Virginia home purchase, charges she denounces as politically motivated and vows to fight when she appears in court later this month.
