Miramar mayor shares relief effort city is organizing to help Hurricane Melissa victims

Mayor Wayne Messam has family in the Caribbean and knows a lot of the Miramar community has family there, too. The city has activated six locations where residents can drop off supplies to help victims impacted by Hurricane Melissa.
