Miami-Dade braces for surge in food pantry demand as SNAP benefits end

Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava is warning that the end of SNAP benefits on Nov. 1 will directly impact 24% of county households, with seniors aged 60 and older making up 60% of those affected.
