Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens said that 49-year-old Billy Joe Cagle, who was having a mental health crisis, drove to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport with a semi-automatic weapon in his truck. “Twenty-seven or more lives could have been lost today,” Dickens said.
