Taco Tuesday is always a celebration, but when it happens to coincide with National Taco Day, it’s a true fiesta.
On Oct. 7, taco lovers everywhere will have something to taco-’bout as they take a bite out of the many freebies and discounts restaurants are serving up for the food-stuffed holiday.
Below, we’ve rounded up the deals you won’t want to miss.
Baja Fresh
Between Oct. 7-10, Baja Fresh rewards members can get $5 off when they spend $10 or more online with the code TACO. The single-use offer can’t be combined with other deals.
Bubbakoo’s Burritos
Through Oct. 7, Bubbakoo’s Burritos loyalty members can enjoy a buy one, get one free deal on the chain’s Dos Tacos entrée.
Chef Merito
Chef Merito is giving TODAY.com readers 25% off the following items with the code TODAYCHEF in honor of National Taco Day:
- Three pack of 25-ounce marinades
- Two pack of 14-ounce seasonings
Condado Tacos
Condado Tacos customers can order half-off tacos on the holiday. The offer excludes third-party delivery and catering. Additionally, loyalty members can get free delivery for orders over $30.
Chronic Taco
Chronic Tacos loyalty members can take advantage of a buy-one-taco, get-one-free deal in the chain’s app plus an extra $1 off on Oct. 7. The deal can be redeemed online or in store at participating locations.

Chuy’s
Chuy’s is running the following dine-in specials at restaurants nationwide on Oct. 7:
- Add a Crispy or Soft Ground Beef Taco for $1 with the purchase of any entrée.
- Add a Chuy’s “Floater” (shot of tequila or rum) to any margarita for $1.
- Customers who dress like a taco will score a free entrée during their visit.
Del Taco
Between Oct. 7-9, Del Taco rewards members can take advantage of the following deal: Free The Del Taco with $10 purchase in the chain’s app or website. The offer can be redeemed once per day and isn’t valid with other discounts.
El Pollo Loco
El Pollo Loco rewards members can order three Chicken Tacos for $5 through Oct. 7.
Fuzzy’s Taco Shop
Participating Fuzzy’s Taco Shop locations will be running the following deals on Oct. 7:
- $2.50 Fuzzy’s Original Tacos with classic proteins
- $3.50 Fuzzy’s Original Tacos with premium proteins
Jack in the Box
Jack in the Box rewards members who make a purchase of $1 or more will get two free tacos on the holiday.
Laredo Taco Company
On the holiday, 7-Eleven, Inc.’s Laredo Taco Company restaurants will run a buy-one, get-one-free deal on lunch tacos. Through Oct. 28, customers can also order two El Gran Tocino Breakfast Tacos for $5.
Margarita’s Mexican Restaurant
Margarita’s Mexican Restaurant rewards members can get a free taco on Oct. 7. All customers can enjoy $4 tacos all day on the holiday.

Moe’s Southwest Grill
Moe’s Southwest Grill rewards members can order up to three $2 tacos on National Taco Day at participating locations. The single-use offer can’t be combined with other deals and excludes the Three Taco Entrée and Kids Taco Meal. It also excludes add-ons, extras and premium proteins.
Ojos Locos Sports Cantina
Ojos Locos Sports Cantina customers can order 3 Street Taco Plates for just $9.99 on the holiday.
Old El Paso
Through Oct. 9, Old El Paso fans can visit NationalTacoDay.OldElPaso.com to enter for the chance to win a two-night stay at a True Ranch Collection dude ranch property of their choice.
Additionally, customers who purchase Old El Paso taco shells (hard or soft) on Oct. 7 and submit their receipt on the same day with the Fetch app will earn Fetch points while supplies last.
Rusty Taco
All month long, Rusty Taco customers can enjoy the following specials Monday through Thursday for dine-in and online orders:
- $2.99 Featured Tacos: Bacon, Egg, & Cheese, Texican, Chicken Fajita, Black Bean, Baja Fish

Tocaya customers can order signature tacos for $2 — 4 on Oct. 7 plus all-day happy hour specials.
Toll House
Toll House is giving away limited edition Toll House Cookie Taco kits at 2 p.m. ET on Oct. 7 while supplies last. Customers can visit tollhouse.com/cookietacos for a chance to take one home. Each kit comes with a roll of Toll House Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, a taco stand and a $25 gift card.
If fans miss out on the giveaway on National Taco Day, Toll House will also give away the kits at 2 p.m. on Nov. 6 for tailgating season and at 2 p.m. on Dec. 4 for National Cookie Day.

Twin Peaks customers can save $2 off crispy tacos on Oct. 7.
Velvet Taco
Velvet Taco is running the following deals in honor of the holiday:
