Palm Beach County weekly condo sales dip to $31M

Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume dropped last week.

Brokers closed 76 condo sales totaling $31.4 million from Aug. 4 to Aug. 10. That’s down from 94 condo sales totaling $37.1 million the week prior.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $413,454, higher than the $395,110 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $278 from $267, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $630,000 to $4.3 million.

Unit 501N at 2000 Ocean, at 2000 South Ocean Boulevard in Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $4.3 million closing. The sale closed at $1,318 per square foot after 84 days on market.

John Cregan and Lisa Cregan with Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing. Fern Fodiman with Sotheby’s International Realty brought the buyer.

Unit 1201 at Ocean Royale, at 700 Ocean Royale Way in Juno Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $2.8 million, or $937 per square foot after 209 days on market.

Rose Vasha with Illustrated Properties represented both the buyer and the seller.
