In the latest roundup of South Florida real estate hiring news, firms tapped new leaders and brokers made moves.
Miami Beach-based United Capital tapped Adam Lipkin as managing director of capital markets, according to a press release. In his new role, Lipkin will oversee capital solutions for United Capital’s portfolio as well as for clients, according to the release. He was previously a vice president with Greystone Capital Advisors for nearly four years, and has closed more than $3.2 billion in transactions across commercial asset classes, the release shows. He is also the founder of the C-PACE Guy, and specializes in C-PACE financing solutions.
Boca Raton-based SVN Commercial Partners named its managing partner Scott R. Maesel as interim team leader for its retail, office and industrial group, a press release shows. He previously led SVN Chicago Commercial, and has been with the firm for nearly 18 years.
Damac tapped Douglas Elliman’s Tara West as director of sales for the Delmore, its ultra-luxury condo project planned for the Champlain Towers site in Surfside, according to a press release. Ryan and Max Farbstein were also tapped as agents for the project, the release shows.
Identical twin sisters Jasmine Dorev and Jessica Miranda-Lantigua joined Elliman as the Miranda Sisters Group, according to a press release. They will be based in the brokerage’s Boca Raton office. They were previously founders of The Island Your Real Estate Company, based on Fisher Island.
Miami Beach-based Lisandra Martinez left Compass for Barnes International Realty, where she is leading the Mansions Group, according to a press release. She was previously a member of the Chad Carroll Group for nearly eight years, LinkedIn shows.
