Judge set to make decision in deadly shootout that killed UPS driver in 2019

Morgan Rynor reports an attorney for one of the officers charged in the shootout claims Stand Your Ground applies. On Monday, the judge is set to rule on if it is legitimate. If it is, the charges against the office will be dismissed.
