Miami-Dade County condo sales dipped last week.
Brokers closed 80 condo sales totaling $82,283,112 from Aug. 4 to Aug. 10. The previous week, brokers closed 97 condo sales totaling $104,584,533.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,028,539, lower than the $1,078,191 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $563 from $570, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $1.7 million to $14.8 million.
Unit #5103 at Jade Signature, at 16901 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, took the top spot with a $14.8 million closing. The sale closed at $2,605 per square foot after 91 days on the market.
Rejane Gomes de Paula with Fortune Christie’s International Real Estate had the listing. Abe Ash with Multivest Realty represented the buyer.
Unit #7255 at Oceanside, at 7255 Fisher Island Drive on Fisher Island, closed for the second highest amount, $9 million, or $2,866 per square foot.
Denise Levine with Denise LeVine Realty had the listing. Jill Eber with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer.
