Miami-Dade County’s condo dollar volume rose last week, despite a dip in sales.
Brokers closed 55 condo sales totaling $94.2 million from Aug. 11 to Aug. 17. That compares to 80 condo sales totaling $82.3 million the previous week.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $1,713,245, higher than the $1,028,539 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $820 from $563, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $2 million to $14.9 million.
Unit Sky Villa at Chateau Beach, at 17475 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach, took the top spot with a $14.9 million closing, or $1,829 per square foot.
Jonathan Mann and Jill Hertzberg with Coldwell Banker Realty had the listing, and Alberto Fernandez with Sustainable RE brought the buyer.
Unit 1103 at 57 Ocean, at 5775 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, closed for the second highest amount, $11 million, or $3,288 per square foot.
