Summer slowdown: Palm Beach County weekly condo sales drop to $24M



Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume dipped last week. 

Brokers closed 57 condo sales totaling $23.5 million from July 21 to July 27. That’s down from 77 condo sales totaling $34.3 million the week prior.

Last week’s units sold for an average of $411,834, lower than the $445,079 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $288 from $265, according to data from Redfin.

For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $540,000 to $2.9 million. 

Unit 1811 at Two City Plaza at 701 South Olive Avenue in West Palm Beach took the top spot with a $2.9 million closing. The sale closed at $1,332 per square foot after two days on the market.

Lori Cronican and Christopher Cronican with Douglas Elliman had the listing, and Stephanie Mordes with Aquantis Realty brought the buyer.

Unit H-1103 at Amrit Ocean Resort at 3100 North Ocean Drive in Singer Island closed for the second highest amount, $2.7 million, or $1,418 per square foot after 220 days on market.

Ann Cusa with Elliman had the listing, and John True with Oceanfront Real Estate & Development represented the buyer.
