The Delgado-Pritchett family might’ve found their go-to realtor.

After all, Sofía Vergara’s youngest sister, Sandra Vergara, is the latest real estate agent to join the season 9 cast of Netflix’s “Selling Sunset.”

“The O Group felt like the perfect fit: sharp, high energy, and full of people who are at the top of their game,” Sandra told Netflix’s Tudum in an interview published July 14. “I’d seen [Selling Sunset] and always thought the women were incredibly dynamic. But being on the inside now, it’s a whole different level of excitement.”

Indeed, the 36-year-old will join the notable Oppenheim Group alongside returning cast members Chelsea Lazkani, Chrishell Stause, Emma Hernan, Nicole Young, Brie Tiesi, Alaina Gold, Mary Fitzgerald, Amanza Smith, and the firm’s owners, twin brothers Jason and Brett Oppenheim. And like the show’s previous seasons, drama will always have a seat in this Los Angeles-based company.

According to Netflix’s Tudum, the upcoming season, which is set to air later this year, will continue to focus on the “competition in luxury estate” and how certain “rookie agents aren’t always welcomed with open arms.” But that level of intensity doesn’t intimidate Sandra, as the realtor — who was also a former media host at E! News and People — is confident that she can make selling six-figure homes entertaining.

“I’ve always had an eye for design and a love for people, so combining that in real estate just clicked,” she continued. “Season 9 definitely brings some unexpected twists. There are some jaw-dropping moments you won’t see coming.”

This isn’t the first time a member of the extended “Modern Family” crew has appeared on the series. In November 2021, star Jesse Tyler Feguson made a surprise appearance during former “Selling Sunset” cast member Christine Quinn’s baby shower in the show’s fourth season.

And at the time, the actor — who portrays Mitchell Pritchett in the ABC series — defended his guest role spot on the show.

“I just did a quick search of my name on Twitter & I’m LOLing at the unanimous confusion about this,” he wrote on X (formerly Twitter) shortly after the episode’s premiere. “I’m doing great & staying busy post MF but thank you for checking in on me!”
