Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are taking the next step.
Indeed, the couple — who E! News confirmed was dating in March — are expecting their first baby together, Hewitt confirmed on Instagram July 16.
Alongside a few photos of the pair showing off Hewitt’s fresh baby bump and ultrasound, Hewitt joked in the post, “Welp now everyone knows we had sex.”
In addition to the sweet photos of the couple — which see them hugging, kissing and posing with face masks — Hewitt also added a bit of humor to her pregnancy announcement, even adding a screenshot of the “Love Island” moment where Nick Vansteenberghe found out Huda Mustafa was a mother, where he virally says, “Mamacita.”
Elsewhere in the post, Hewitt included a meme of a suspicious-looking SpongeBob alongside the caption, “One of y’all hiding your pregnancy, I can feel it.”
Most adorably, though, Hewitt and Davidson’s pregnancy announcement included a zoomed-in photo of her ultrasound and a video the “Bupkis” star took during one of her doctor’s appointments, in which she smiles at the camera while holding Davidson’s hand, before he pans to the ultrasound screen.

Davidson and Hewitt’s next step in their relationship comes just months after a source confirmed to E! News that the pair were living together in New York, adding, “they’re very happy together and excited about this next step.”
Indeed, Davidson, 31, and Hewitt, 29, have had quite the whirlwind romance since they were spotted literally soaking up the sun during a Florida getaway, and packing on the PDA in the ocean. Days after the photos went viral, Hewitt confirmed the romance on her Instagram, sharing a subtle video of the “Saturday Night Live” alum in a bathrobe.
Shortly before Davidson and Hewitt went public with their romance, the comedian — who has previously been linked to Madelyn Cline, Chase Sui Wonders, Cazzie David and Ariana Grande — spoke out about his reputation when it came to dating.
“It was pretty humiliating and upsetting, honestly,” he told Page Six in February of the focus on his dating life on “SNL”. “Everyone is dating everyone and it’s Hollywood but because I’m ugly they wrote about me.”
Indeed, Davidson admitted that the focus of his dating life was difficult to balance with his budding comedy career.
“I was harassed for like five years and it made my life a living hell,” he continued. “It’s embarrassing because you want people to write about your work. I was one of the youngest ever cast members on ‘SNL’ and all that got pushed to the side because of who I was dating.”
Hewitt — who has publicly dated Jason Sudeikis and Benny Blanco — has also spoken publicly about her own experience with romance in the spotlight, particularly when it comes to who she dates.
“I just want somebody who is funny, who makes me laugh, who is kind, who just thinks I’m the s—” she explained on “In Good Company” last March. “I don’t care about how someone looks. I care about how someone carries themself and their sense of self.”
