Palm Beach County’s condo sales and dollar volume dropped slightly last week.
Brokers closed 59 condo sales totaling $24.8 million from July 7 to July 13. That’s down from 62 condo sales totaling $25.8 million the previous week.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $420,076, higher than the $416,716 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $293 from $311, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $370,500 to $6.8 million.
Unit G-4 at One Royal Palm Way, at 100 Royal Palm Way in Palm Beach, took the top spot with a $6.8 million closing. The sale closed at $2,692 per square foot after 74 days on market.
Todd Peter with Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing, and Vicki Gerrish with Keller Williams Realty brought the buyer.
Unit P-902 at Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences, at 3100 North Ocean Drive on Singer Island, closed for the second highest amount, $2.5 million, or $970 per square foot after 46 days on market.
