Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 98 condo sales totaling $30.6 million from July 7 to July 13. That’s up from 66 condo sales totaling $21.3 million the week prior.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $312,298, lower than the $322,508 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot fell to $268 from $270, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $535,000 to $2 million.
Unit 303 at Europa by the Sea, at 1460 South Ocean Boulevard in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, took the top spot with a $2 million closing. The sale closed at $554 per square foot after 35 days on market.
Vicci Read with Florida Luxurious Properties had the listing, and Gary Gold with Oceanfront Realty brought the buyer.
Unit 2604 at 100 Las Olas, at 100 East Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $1.6 million, or $857 per square foot after 115 days on market.
David Zyck with the Collection Realty had the listing, and Elliot Koolik with Compass brought the buyer.
