Cash Warren is giving his honest opinion.
After his ex Jessica Alba seemingly confirmed her romance with Danny Ramirez during a PDA-filled outing, the producer shared how he really feels about the relationship.
“I’m happy for her,” Warren said in a video published by TMZ July 30. “I don’t know him, but he seems like a good guy.”
And as for whether he has someone new in his life since Alba officially filed for divorce in February? The 46-year-old is flying solo for now, quipping, “But let me know if you got anybody.”
Warren and Alba, 44, first announced their separation after 16 years of marriage back in January, sharing that their kids Honor, 16, Haven, 13, and Hayes, 7, would remain their “highest priority” amid the split.
“I’m proud of how we’ve grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years,” the “Honey” actress wrote in a Jan. 16 Instagram post, “and it’s now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.”

Six months later, multiple outlets reported that Alba had begun a new romance with Ramirez, 32, with whom she was spotted returning from Cancún to Los Angeles after a tropical getaway.
And while The Honest Company founder may be embarking on a new love story with the Top Gun: Maverick actor, she and Warren have stayed a united front when it comes to coparenting their children.
In fact, Alba recently detailed how lucky she is to have the “Made in America” producer by her side in her motherhood journey.
“Our babies couldn’t have a better dad — Warm. Kind. Present. Always knowing just what to say,” she wrote of Warren on her Instagram Stories June 15 in honor of Father’s Day. “I admire your patience and the way you hold space for them, making them feel safe and light after every conversation.”
She added, “Thank you for being their rock.”
