Broward County’s condo sales and dollar volume rose last week.
Brokers closed 106 condo sales totaling $35.3 million from July 14 to July 20. That’s up from 98 condo sales totaling $30.6 million the week prior.
Last week’s units sold for an average of $333,098, higher than the $312,298 average price from the previous week. The average price per square foot rose to $275 from $268, according to data from Redfin.
For the top 10 sales, prices ranged from $700,000 to $3.2 million.
Unit 29B at 2000 Ocean, at 2000 South Ocean Drive in Hallandale Beach, took the top spot with a $3.2 million closing. The sale closed at $1,099 per square foot after 148 days on market.
Nathan Peres with EXP Realty had the listing, and Catherine Kalifeh with Compass represented the buyer.
Unit 2302 at L’Hermitage, at 3100 North Ocean Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, closed for the second highest amount, $2.7 million, or $1,294 per square foot after 240 days on market.
Victor Attias and Shirley Attias with Galt Ocean Realty represented both the buyer and seller.
